Terms and Conditions Of Returns:

  • Any goods returned as not required may be subject to a restocking charge. To obtain the value of the restocking charge in advance of any return, please contact our returns team by email at returns@phoenix-uk.co.uk providing the details of the product and original purchase invoice. Any restocking charge will be applied to the credit issued in line with our terms and conditions of sale.
  • Credit will be refused on any goods returned in a condition other than stated below and appropriate carriage charges will be invoiced directly to the customer.
  • Any carriage charges incurred by Phoenix from a result of products not being available for collection when our carrier attempts to collect will be invoiced directly to customer.
  • Collection will only be made from an address of the account holder and not that of an end user/consumer.

Please provide full details on the product that you are reporting the issue on. Failure to include the product code found on your invoice/delivery note may result in a delay with our collection time.

Please provide as much detail regarding your reason for return as possible.

  1. If you wish to send supporting images / photos relating to this enquiry, an email will be delivered to the above email address with a case number and further instructions.

Please do not send an additional order for any item requested as a replacement.
